Project Description

For my Human Computer Interaction Studio project, my team of 4 were tasked to create a product/service that addresses a newly defined opportunity area created by recent technology innovations. Our goal was to develop an innovative product with hopes to solve these relatively uncharted setbacks.

Duration: 10 Weeks (March 2021 - May 2021)

Course: Human Computer Interaction

Role: UI Designer, Interaction Designer, Visual Designer

I handled all UI design and interactions for this project. This included creating site maps, user journeys, wireframes, interactive interfaces, and all visual design decisions. I also had a hand in user research especially diving into EV analysis and lead visual and branding design.

The Problem.

The extreme uprising of electric vehicles pose a huge threat to the lives of small auto shops focused on gas powered vehicles. Obtaining adequate accessible EV training is time consuming, expensive, and nearly impossible. In turn, this drop of certified auto mechanics creates a problem for electric vehicle drivers. Without accessible certified mechanics, it will become increasingly difficult for EV drivers to have their car serviced and practice safe car maintenance. So…
